HedgeHub is a trading name. The operating entity behind it is to be confirmed, and will be named here with its details once that is settled.
What these terms cover
These terms apply to your use of this website and its chat. They do not govern any service or transaction. If a service is ever provided, it will be under a separate agreement, on the terms of the provider concerned.
General information only
The content of this site, including the worked examples, is general information about business currency flows. It is not advice, an offer, or a recommendation to enter into any transaction, and it is not a forecast of exchange rates. The figures in the examples are hypothetical.
Forward contracts are binding obligations. They may require collateral, and changing or closing one early can carry a cost. Availability and terms depend on the provider, the product and an assessment of the client.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is automated. Its replies are general and can be incomplete or wrong. Nothing it says is a quote, a commitment or advice, and it cannot agree a transaction on anyone's behalf. Using the site
- Give accurate contact details when you send a message, and use the site only for its intended purpose.
- Do not try to disrupt the site or the chat, to send automated submissions, or to access parts of the service not meant for the public.
- Do not send account numbers, passwords or documents through the form or the chat.

The site is provided as it is. Decisions you make about your company's currency flows remain yours. Any limitation of liability will be set out here in the reviewed version.
