Who is responsible for your data
HedgeHub is a trading name. The operating entity behind it, which will be responsible for the personal data described here, is to be confirmed. This section will name that entity and give its contact details once that is settled.

What we collect
- The contact form. Your name, business email, company, what your message is about, and, if you give them, a phone number and a short message.
- The chat. What you type in the chat, including any contact details you choose to give there.
- How the site is used. Page views, scrolling and, only if you accept all, clicks and cursor movement. What is recorded depends on your choice in the cookie banner and is described in the Cookie policy.
- Email and phone. What you include when you write to or call us, and the address or number you contact us from.
- Technical data. Your IP address, which the server uses to limit repeated form submissions and to protect the service.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message or chat and to discuss what your company receives and pays.
- To keep a record of that conversation so that whoever replies can see what you already said.
- To understand how the pages are used and improve them, within the choice you made in the cookie banner.
- To keep the site and the form secure.
The legal basis for each of these purposes will be set out here in the reviewed version. Measurement beyond what is needed to run the site relies on your consent, which you can change at any time through Cookie settings.
The chat assistant
The chat assistant is automated. What you type is processed by an AI service provider in order to produce a reply. Please do not share account numbers, passwords or documents in the chat.
Who receives it
Your details are seen by the people who handle enquiries, and are processed by the service providers that host this site, its contact records and the chat. The providers involved, and whether any data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, are to be confirmed and will be listed here.

How long it is kept
Retention periods are to be confirmed and will be stated here.
Your rights
Under data protection law you can ask to access the personal data held about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Where processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. In Romania that is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
